    I was thrown by one guest comment on this article, that apparently is against the registrant advocacy, yet glad to hear that the party basically admitted the fact that laws of this nature are a "Feel Good" Law:

    It doesn't matter. It gives the sense that it does. I like to know where they live and work so I can avoid coming into to contact with them.
