We now have 2 confirmed reports that Belize is now turning away registrants. 

Also,

we have 3rd hand information that they have trained their border agents to look for

the Unique Identifier. I will update the travel matrix.

Mexico Travel.  RTAG has engaged a Mexican Law firm for legal action in Mexico to bring suit

against the Guardian Angel Program.  This will broaden, hopefully, to perhaps define more specific

criteria to reject "covered individuals" that may allow a narrower interpretation. 

Also we hope to educate the in-place Airport immigration staff on the nature of Angel Watch.  I will have more details when we have the law firm committed.
