Constitutional Accountability Center's 10th Annual Home Stretch at the Supreme Court event.
This year's Home Stretch at the Supreme Court virtual panel discussion, moderated by CNN Senior Supreme Court Analyst and Nine Black Robes author Joan Biskupic, will feature Easha Anand, Supreme Court and Appellate Counsel at the MacArthur Justice Center; Tona Boyd, Associate Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund; David Cole, Legal Director of the American Civil Liberties Union; and CAC's own Chief Counsel Brianne Gorod. Opening remarks for the event will be given by CAC President Elizabeth Wydra.
Our panel of distinguished experts will discuss some of the most significant cases and other matters from this Supreme Court Term and look ahead to major rulings and issues on the horizon. From battles over state redistricting plans and the fate of affirmative action programs, to state public accommodations laws' ability to provide broad antidiscrimination protections, there is much to discuss as the Justices enter this Term's home stretch.
