Molly Gill is an attorney, an advocate, and a sentencing expert. She works with state lawmakers, affected family members, and other criminal justice stakeholders to promote sentencing and prison policies that are cost-effective, protect public safety, fit the crime and the individual, and preserve families. Ms. Gill also serves as a commissioner on the District of Columbia Sentencing Commission. She has drafted legislation, testified to state legislatures, appeared on major radio and television programs, and been published in numerous journals and newspapers. In addition to her many achievements, Molly is also a classically-trained violist and a member of the DC Concert Orchestra.
