New Florida Clay County ordinance changes where sexual predators, offenders can live.

    The new Clay county, Florida ordinance doubles the distance those on the registry are required to live from 1,000 feet to 2,000 feet from any school, childcare facility, parks and playgrounds. This ordinance Increases the buffer zone as well.


    Those that are currently living in the 1000 foot limit are grandfathered in.


    Those on the registry, and family members of, please comment.

    We want your opinion and for you to contact your local legislators regarding this unjust law that provides no protection to anyone, but will cause harm to registrants and their family.
